1. Information we collect
When you join the founding queue, we collect your email address, desired username, verification status, queue position, referral code, referral relationship, referral count, optional suggestion, and timestamps. When you submit a standalone suggestion, we collect the suggestion and any optional username or email you provide.
The server also uses network information such as an IP address temporarily for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The current implementation does not intentionally create advertising profiles or sell personal information.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to verify that queue entries are controlled by real inboxes, assign and maintain queue order, credit verified referrals, recover a private queue pass, administer the pre-launch program, remove bots or abuse, communicate important access updates, and evaluate product suggestions.
3. Verification email
A transactional email provider may process your email address and verification message for delivery. Verification codes expire and are stored only as one-way hashes. The private queue access token stored on your device is also stored on the server only as a one-way hash.
4. Public and private information
Your email address is visible only in the restricted admin dashboard. The public website does not publish the queue list. Your private queue pass displays your username, position, verified referral count, and personal referral link on the device holding your access token.
5. Retention and removal
Unverified entries expire automatically after the verification window. Verified queue records are kept while the founding program is active or as needed to administer access and prevent abuse. Administrators can remove entries that appear automated, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive. Requests to correct or remove legitimate data should be sent to support@newrepublic.xyz.
6. Security
The site uses server-side credentials, restricted database access, hashed verification codes and access tokens, rate limiting, secure admin sessions, and standard browser security headers. No online system is perfectly secure, so do not submit sensitive financial, government-identification, medical, or confidential information.
7. Children
The pre-launch queue is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information for a child under 13.
8. Changes
This notice may change as the project, hosting, verification, or game account systems develop. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
